+ -How far will BBQ Party in a Box travel for my party?

Barbeque Party in a Box will cater parties within 50km of Belleville & mileage charges above that distance.

This may change, as we are selling Barbeque Party in a Box as a business startup. Other owners of this event venture may be coming into your area soon.


+ -What will you Barbeque?

We can cook Prime Rib on a bun, Pulled pork or Pulled Chicken on a bun, Hamburgers, hotdogs, sausages, etc.

A small selection of what we are capable of is posted on our menu page. We work to accommodate custom catering requests on a one-on-one basis with our customers.


+ -Do your prices include food?

Yes.

When you get a quote from us it's everything. The Tents rentals, Tables, Chairs, Car Barbeque, Sound System, Ice Cream Cart, Staff Servers, Frozen Desserts, Main Dish, Salads and Drinks all inclusive.


+ -What are your available hours?

We can put on all meals; breakfast, lunch, and dinners. Events can be scheduled for any day of the week; Sunday through Saturday.

We stay at your event for 3 to 4 hours and are keen to stay into the evening.

We usually pack up no later then 10pm.

Arrangements can be made to leave the tables, tents and chairs as rentals so that the party can continue without us (security deposit applies).

We cater all events.

+ -Can the cost be per plate?

At this point, per plate events haven't be explored, we have been quoting and putting on parties as all inclusive experiences.

We are willing to work with anyone who wants to bring a unique experienc to their event.

Such arrangements can likely be made.

+ -Are our Barbeques real cars?

Not exactly.

They are modelled after real cars, some using actual body panels, but none of them were ever driving on the road.

No classic cars were harmed in the making of BBQ Party in a Box.


+ -Do you rent your setup or do you sell it?

Events are manned by 2-3 staff members, we come to your event; setup, bring the meal, cook and clean up afterward.

BBQ Party in a Box isn't a rental, it's an experience. As a host you can relax and enjoy your party with your guests.

+ -Do you tow your setup?

We tow a 20 foot trailer that contains everything, including the car barbeque.

When you see our trailer, a good time follows.


+ -What if we want alcohol at our party?

We don't serve alcohol.


+ -What about food allergies & vegetarian options?

Please inform us when you book your party if food allergies are a concern.

We are willing to work around dietary restrictions. Our menu is posted, and outlines some of our more popular options.


+ -How much space is needed for you to setup?

All of our equipment can fit within a 20 by 40 foot area.

We arrive towing a 20 foot trailer that contains everything.

We will need a place to park our trailer.

Your setup area needs to be accessible for our barbeque, sound system, tents etc. All fence gates must be a minimum of standard double doors to allow entry for some of our larger eqipment


+ -How much notice do I need to give when booking a party?

We'll do our best to accomidate short notice, though the bigger concern is in reserving your special day.

+ -Costs & Deposits

50% deposit prior to the event.

48 hours notice for cancellations

Deposits for extended use of tents, tables and chairs are expected prior to your event.
